IVC is grateful for the partnership and sponsorship of international and Vietnamese brands. Thanks to you, this conference shines brighter.

According to Forbes, a prestigious American magazine, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) ranks 10th among the 250 most attractive vegetarian food destinations in the world.
Alongside major cities famous for vegetarian food such as Kathmandu (the capital of Nepal), Portland, Taiwan, Delhi, Seoul, Chiang Mai, London, Berlin, New York... Ho Chi Minh City is highlighted by Forbes magazine as a city where 85% of the population eats vegetarian on the 1st and 15th of every lunar month.
This is a historic international vegetarian conference, the second of its kind in Vietnam. It marks a significant milestone, co-organized by the International Vegetarian Union (IVU)—the world's largest and oldest organization with over 70 member countries—along with the Vietnam-ASEAN Friendship Association (VAFA), the Faculty of Oriental Studies (USSH, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), and the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO). As the city's socio-political organization for people-to-people diplomacy, HUFO advises the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and the People's Committee on this work.
They will organize the International Vegetarian Conference 2026, under the theme:
“Green Cuisine Trends and Green Education for Sustainable Development”
Celebrating World Vegan Month
